Bo and Scott’s family construction business started in 1986 when their father remodeled their first home home in South Austin. From there Nelson Builders was created focusing primarily on spec homes. This is where both brothers started learning the industry primarily in the Austin/Westlake area. Bo and Scott both started their own businesses in the industry to later come together to create Dwell Development. Together their family has combined experience of over 100 years in the Austin construction industry.
